with reg. mail it will be wrapped in water activated
tape making a hard shell around your package & everyone handling

PRE-NOTCHED SETTINGS:
The Easy Mount Settings we manufacture are all "Pre-Notched".
This means you can set your gems without the filing and burring necessary
on other mountings. With Easy Mounts you just place your gem into the
setting and bend the prongs with your Gemsetting Pliers.

THREE METALS AVAILABLE: Yellow Gold, White Gold and
Sterling Silver.
We manufacture Easy Mount Settings in Yellow Gold, White Gold and Sterling
Silver. Our stock numbers denote the metal in the difference in the
first two digits of each stock number.
For example:
141-010-0600 = Yellow Gold (14x-xxx-xxxx)
151-010-0600 = White Gold (15x-xxx-xxxx)
161-010-0600 = Sterling Silver (16x-xxx-xxxx)

METAL FINISH:
Our Easy Mount Settings are cast, desprued and tumbled bright. We
do not final polish the pieces.

PICTURES:
Colors of merchandise may vary from the images due to individual monitor
calibrations. Types of clasps may vary from chain illustrations.

|
FINGER SIZING:
Our Easy Mount Settings come in stock finger sizes. Sizes may vary
according to wax and mold shrinkage. You can order "Custom Sizing"
for your desired size for a $14 sizing fee. Please allow 3-5 working
days for special sizing.

|
|
EARRINGS:
Our Easy Mount Earrings are sold by the piece, not as pairs. Each
includes an earnut of like metal.

A little note for my customers......
Even though you might wait a week or two longer for
your orders from me than a bigger company, I feel you will appreciate
the personal attention I give to you .I offer excellent customer service
& want you happy with your purchases with NO mistaken items ! I
pay attention to every customer.
You must be satisfied or I will make it good for you
within reasonable limits.Always email & ask if you recieved something
unsatisfactory or it doesn't go with something else like you planned
[we will try & avoid this by emailing back & forth before
finalizing your order]

Payment & ordering info:
I now have a shopping cart. However there
are times you might want to place an email order.
For instance....
If you want a different ring size than
listed.
you need to buy a setting & matching
gemstone and have
it set at the manufacturer for a fee of 7.50 ea. stone
you want to but larger quantities &
want your quantity price break
For Non-Shopping cart orders
I will make you an email invoice that you can look
over ,correct if necessary & then pay with your choice of.....
check ,money order.[Naturally checks would have to clear
first]
I can also make a Paypal invoice and accept Paypal payments
using your credit card

If you are not using the Shopping
cart...
Email me your order FIRST
before mailing any payments
By checking totals ,item numbers e.t.c first it has saved much possible
trouble.
To order you will need:
1. Item number
2. number of each item you want
3. A short description.
Like stone shape & whether it is a ring,pendant or earring , ring size
e.t.c
4. Price....look carefully to make sure you get two earrings
since they are sold singley
5. You need to email me your order for totals.
6. I'll send you a mock up invoice for you to peruse & then
o.k. or make needed changes
7. When you are satisfied with your order,I will send you an
invoice, then you can pay with your choice of
check,money order or thru the Paypal system

How long will it take to get my order
?
I order AS NEEDED from my supplier & do not stock
many items.
My supplier RARELY has an item not in stock. They
are the manufacturer,so anything not ready to go when we order, soon
will be !
In most cases you will have your order within two
to three weeks time from payment.

My return policy
Money refunded minus shipping fees if returned within 15 days of
reciept
returned items must be in original condition
There is a 10% restocking fee I pay for the returns to my suppliers
[except defective merchandise that is] I will have to pass it along
to my customers or I could be out serious money in whole order returns.So
you will be paying a 10% restocking fee on returns [except defective
merchandise]
There are no returns on custom orders
,sized rings or custom lengths of precious metals stock

What to do if you made a shopping
cart mistake and purchased the wrong item :
Simple... email me asap & we can ammend you order.
However you must let me know asap so I don't place your
order as is. it will be too late then. so be quick about it !

breaks.
I must make a manual invoice for you to get your
price breaks.
Price breaks are not combinable. it is for one item
number only.
HOWEVER......
the rings with in-stock, multi sizes, are combinable for your
price breaks [the cost of sized/sizing rings do not get this discount]
for example you can buy 25 pieces of a single item number ring
with sizes 5,6,7 & 8 mix & match your sizes !
Wire ,sheet stock,solders & bezel
cups are not avaliable for quantity price breaks ,however they are
avaliable for 500.00 and up discounts
if you want me to figure the quantity price on any certain items
,just send me the item number & how many of each you would like
to price.
